Health Record, made digital.
Our Health System is three connected products built on one national health passport — GrinCad. Every record captured offline, in a village clinic or a city hospital, becomes part of the same trusted history.
Built in layers, not silos
GrinCad is the record every Namibian carries. NamibPIS and facility accounts are the two doors people walk through to use it.
GrinCad
Health Record, digitised
Every Namibian's medical history — vaccinations, chronic conditions, prescriptions, allergies, results — in one API-powered digital passport. Any accredited health institution can read from it or write to it, the way they already do with the paper health book, except nothing gets left at home or lost between facilities.
- Offline-first personal record, syncs the moment a device connects
- One record per person, usable across public and private facilities
- Open API so any accredited institution or system can plug in
- The patient controls who is allowed to view their history
NamibPIS
Where care actually happens
The platform patients and doctors meet on: book an appointment, message a practitioner, join a telemedicine call, or pick up a locum shift. Every interaction writes straight back to the patient's GrinCad passport, so nothing has to be repeated at the next visit.
- Appointment booking across clinics, hospitals and locum practitioners
- Telemedicine calls with a low-bandwidth, audio-only fallback
- Secure messaging and follow-up reminders between visits
- Verified doctors and nurses can pick up shifts and remote consults
Facility Accounts
Run your institution on real data
The admin layer for clinics, hospitals, NGOs and the Ministry. Manage staff, patient intake, stock and reporting from one account — reading and writing into the same GrinCad passport patients already carry, without needing a dedicated HIS specialist on-site.
- Facility dashboard for patients, staff and appointments
- Digital credential verification for incoming practitioners
- Real-time stock and supply visibility across the network
- Standardised reporting up to MoHSS and NGO partners
Built to work before it's built to connect
Whichever product someone opens — GrinCad, NamibPIS or a facility account — the same rule applies: capture first, sync second.
Capture without signal
A visit, a result, a prescription — saved straight to the device. Nothing waits on a connection.
Sync when signal returns
Every record queues locally and pushes automatically the instant a connection is found.
One passport, everywhere
GrinCad carries the update to every product and facility that’s allowed to see it — nobody re-enters it by hand.
One passport. Two doors in. A whole system on the same page.
Whether you're a patient, a practitioner, or you run a facility — start with a conversation about GrinCad.
